We do not charge a Registration Fee or Administration Fee when you start your course of lessons.
Japanese Lesson at our Ebisu School
Private Lessons
Private Lessons are for a single student with a teacher. In this environment
you can ask any questions you may have about Japanese, no matter how small.
You will have lots opportunities to talk.. Furthermore, you can choose
exactly what you want to study, for instance "telephone conversations",
" how to write emails", "kanji", or "conversational
study through reading Manga!". Also you can change your lesson schedule
to suit your own personal schedule. We recommend this for people who are
busy.

Cancellation Policy for Private Class.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you can not attend your class,
so that we can make arrangements to accommodate you. If you contact us
before 6pm the day before you are going to be absent, we can offer you
a make up lesson within your contract period. Should your lesson be scheduled
for a Monday, please contact us no later than 12pm on the preceding Saturday.
If a cancellation notice is received later than this, the full lesson charge
will be levied..
Group Lessons
Group lessons a re for 2-4 students and last 50 minutes or 80min. Before
you start your course of lessons you must select the time and day of your
class. Usually, a twice a week course last 12 lessons (taken over 6weeks).
You can join a course that is already in progress although it is still
necessary for you to sign up for a full course of lessons. Also if there
is no class of a suitable level at a suitable time it may be possible to
open a new class. Again please feel free to ask..

Cancellation Policy for Group Class.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you can not attend your class,

Intensive Private Course
Our intensive Course is for people who want to take more than ten private
lessons (50minutes each) in 2 weeks. This is very good value for
people who have enough time and want to study intensively. It is possible
for you to choose what you study and when your lesson are..

For this course our teacher will come to your office or home. This course is available to students of all levels of ability from beginners to advanced students. This is a popular course because the students can choose the time and location of the lesson.

Remark
The above fee includes 5% consumption tax.
Textbook charges are not included in the fee.
In the case of "on site" Lesson in the Tokyo area, a transportation
fee of 500yen will be charged.
Money paid can't be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellation policy
Students will not be charged if cancellations are made before 18:00 on
the business day previous to the scheduled class. A lesson cancelled after
18:00, will be charged as a usual lesson.
