Lesson Fees
Private Lessons
Private Lessons are for a single student with a teacher. In this environment you can ask any questions you may have about Japanese, no matter how small. You will have lots of opportunities to talk. Furthermore, you can choose exactly what you want to study, for example telephone conversations, how to write emails, kanji, or conversational study through reading Manga. Also, you can adjust your lesson schedule to suit your personal schedule. We recommend this for people who are busy.
Private Lessons (8Lessons)
Payment should be made before the set of eight lessons begins.
If you choose to continue, we will arrange your next set of lessons on the day of your final lesson. Makeup lessons are possible. Feel free to ask us about them.

Cancellation Policy for Private Class.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend class, so that we can make arrangements to accommodate you. If you contact us by 6pm the day before you are going to be absent, we can offer you a makeup lesson within your contract period. Should your lesson be scheduled for a Monday, please contact us no later than 2pm the previous Saturday. If a cancellation notice is received later than this, you will be charged for the lesson.
Group Lessons
Group lessons are for 2-4 students and last 50 or 80 minutes. Before you start your course you will select the time and day of your lessons. Usually, a course with lessons twice a week lasts for 12 weeks and includes 24 lessons. You can join a course that is already in progress although it is still necessary for you to sign up for a full course. Also, if there is no class at a suitable level or time it may be possible to open a new class. Please feel free to ask.

Our Intensive Course is for people who want to take more than ten 50 minute private lessons in 2 weeks. This is a very good value for people who have enough time and want to study intensively. It is possible for you to choose what you study and when your lesson are.

Lessons before 9 am are available for an additional 1000 yen (on-site lessons).
Money paid can’t be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellation policy
Students will not be charged if cancellations are made before 18:00 on the business day previous to the scheduled class. A lesson cancelled after 18:00, will be charged as a usual lesson.
